When you start your business, it is important that somebody helps you!
1. Choose the most suitable form of business.
Go to the website of the Register of Enterprises, choose a type of commercial activity and click “Register”.
2. Open a temporary account, if a share capital should be registered for the selected type of commercial activity and it exceeds EUR 2800.
You can open a temporary account remotely by filling out an application form. We will issue you a certificate of payment of the share capital and you will have to submit it to the Register of Enterprises to register your company. Later you can reregister the same account as your current account.
3. Register a company in the Register of Enterprises.
Follow the instruction of the Register of Enterprises step-by-step in accordance with your selected type of commercial activity.
4. Open a current account.
