*The Customer acknowledges that the full-service operational leasing service is provided by SIA ALD Automotive (registration No 50003825931, legal address: Kārļa Ulmaņa gatve 119, Riga, LV-2167, Latvia). Therefore, the Customer hereby confirms, that Luminor is entitled to disclose the information concerning the Customer (name, reg. No., information on the interest in full-service leasing products) and personal data of Customer’s representatives to SIA ALD Automotive and that persons, whose personal data is provided in this document are informed and have consented or otherwise legally agreed processing of their personal data by SIA ALD Automotive for the purpose of implementation of this service The Customer confirms such persons have been informed that the processing of personal data by SIA ALD Automotive is not subject to Luminor’s Privacy Policy and that SIA ALD Automotive’s policies and terms apply.
