• The following information should be submitted before entering into the loan agreement:
  1) an estimate made by the contractor of the solar panel or energy efficiency improvement works regarding the costs of the project, or a mutually concluded agreement on the work performance;
  2) a statement that the customer or the spouse of the customer owns the real estate (information can be obtained from the Latvian State Portal latvija.lv).

Ownership certification is not required if the solar panels are to be installed outside the building, e.g. in the field (an estimate of the works or an agreement with the contractor is still required).
