Changes in travel insurance terms and conditions for Nordea credit cards

We inform you that AIG Europe Limited—the cooperation partner of Nordea—will change travel insurance policy terms and conditions. The new terms will enter into effect as of 1 August this year regarding the following credit cards of Nordea:

Standard policy Revolving credit card
Standard policy PINS credit card
Standard policy Consumer credit card with “credit holiday”
Gold policy Nordea Gold credit card
Gold policy MasterCard Gold credit card
Platinum policy MasterCard Platinum credit card
Business policy MasterCard Business card
Business policy MasterCard Business credit card

The main changes in travel insurance terms and conditions are as follows:

Standard foreign travel insurance policy is introduced for Revolving credit card holders;
The age limit of Travel insurance policy holder is changed: from now on it is at the age of 14;
In individual cases a fixed indemnity is introduced amounting to EUR 30, while for some positions a risk of own account is introduced amounting to EUR 50;
For Platinum credit card holders a new kind of indemnity is introduced — “Responsibility in the event of transport vehicle lease”.
