As a response to customer needs and after successful introduction of Online meetings, Nordea opens Online Advisory Branches for customers across Baltics. Online Advisory Branch is a remote counselling centre, offering to customers most needed products and services that have so far been available only in customer service branch offices.

The new Online Advisory Branch will be open from Monday till Friday from 9AM to 8PM, giving customers an excellent opportunity to conduct their banking after normal business hours. Meeting with a financial advisor may now take place anywhere - in the customer’s office, at home or abroad.

Head of Nordea Banking Baltic countries Inga Skisaker: “Introducing convenient and up-to-date daily banking services, is crucial to ensure successful business development. Nordea has brought positive experience and best examples of modern customer service approach from Nordic countries and I am particularly glad to see that the first customer impressions after using Online meeting are very positive. It is expected that within the next two years, the number of total customer meeting conducted online will increase by one fourth.”

“Online Advisory Branch is a paperless office, enabling customers to conduct banking transactions with the help of a bank officer by the means of an Online meeting solution. To link up to the solution, customers only need internet connection and their online bank user credentials for identification purposes. In addition to everyday banking, Online Branch also offers advice on more complicated topics like savings and investments or housing loans. Using digital signature, one can conclude most contracts with the bank through Online Branch, using netbank or if more convenient for customer – in customer service branch,” says Head of Remote sales unit in Baltic countries Anna Fisere-Kalke.

Customers may also pre-book Online Advisory Branch appointments by calling Nordea Contact Centre 67 096 096.

Nordea Gold Customers can also book the meeting time by making an individual agreement with Personal Banking Adviser.  After that, the customer will receive a confirmation message about the Online meeting in Netbank.  To link up to the Online meeting, all participants need to log on to the Netbank to ensure the security of the meeting and identification of all parties.
