In response to the latest digital trends and the demands of our customers Nordea has launched a new mobile banking app that will offer more convenient and user-friendly service from anywhere at any time. The app is already available as a free update on Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

The new mobile app with its neat design and wide range of useful tools is another step forward and a great example of many benefits the ever-increasing modern innovations offer to customers especially in the financial sector.

Nordea introduced the mobile app in 2012 and its popularity has been constantly growing year on year, so far reaching 100 000 downloads in the Baltics. Now the app has reached a new level of development and offers customers great new and updated features:

  • Design. The new app is created by taking into account the lasted trends in user experience and design. The login function is very ascetic and carefully thought-out, while the menu allows quick and easy access to the most important banking services: account & card balance, payments, loans & leasing, ATM & Branch locator, etc.
  • Filtering function. The filtering function in the new ATM and Branch locator enables finding the closest ATMs by using the cash deposit and withdrawal search options, as well as by ATM working hours.
  • Better communication with the bank. Customer can send secure mail, call or contact the bank via Skype.
    Alongside the aforementioned updates, the new Nordea mobile app will maintain other important functionality options such as currency exchange calculator, industry news, and language settings.
