Amendments to AS DNB banka Price list

Please, be advised that as from 17.03.2012 enter into effect amendments to AS DNB banka Price list. Amendments apply to both private individuals and legal entities. Summary of the amendments, please, see hereunder:

Amendments to the Price list that apply to both private individuals and legal entities:

1. Upon the account opening with DNB banka under the new provisions as from 17.03.2012 the customer will not be asked to place the minimum amount of LVL 10
2. New version of the Price list incorporates new section “Additional account” stipulating that opening of additional account with DNB banka is offered free of charge.
3. The Price list effective as from 17 March stipulates in further detail the current account maintenance fee: if within one year the customer has made no account transactions the fee of LVL 0.50 will be charged only in case the account balance is up to LVL 15.
4. Service „Resumption of previously closed current account under the precedent number” pursuant to the new version of the Price list will be offered subject to surcharge. 
5. Amendments are introduced also to the section “Payment transactions”. Further on discharge of regular fixed-amount payment following the customer’s written request within AS DNB banka will be offered free of charge, while the fee for cash payments under Giro numbers and payments to counterparts with whom AS DNB banka has entered into cooperation agreement further on will be LVL 2.00
6. For the customers’ convenience the Price list is replenished by a new chapter on issuance of references upon the customer’s written application. 
7. Fee for escrow account opening, maintenance and preparation of the agreement for private individuals remains unchanged; however, subject to modifications are maximum fees depending on the transaction amount. Is raised the Escrow account opening and monitoring fee if the customer has taken a loan from DNB banka for this transaction, while the seller’s account to be credited after completion the transaction is opened with another bank. If the seller’s account to be credit with the purchase price after completion of the transaction is opened with DNB banka, Escrow account opening will be free of charge like before. The minimum fee for changes in the Escrow account agreement is stipulated in amount of LVL 20.
8. According to the new Price list, is reduced the fee for replacement of card in case of its loss, theft, damage or change of the customer’s surname. 

Additional amendments to the Price list that apply to legal entities only:

1. On purchases with LVL account-linked card abroad as from 17.03.2012 the fee is increased up to 0.5% of the amount. The same fee is stipulated on purchases by cards in EUR and USD currencies, if performed abroad.
2. Are replenished sections that regulate change of the loan currency, by separating the position „If change of the loan currency is incorporated in the loan agreement (multicurrency loan)” - the fee stipulated on the above service under the new Price list will be 0.05 % of the amount that is subject to change.
3. Is adjusted the fee for SME loan, credit line and overdraft maintenance and execution.
