Betsy is a senior financial services expert with over 40 years’ experience; she has an excellent track record in risk management and driving organisational change. Most recently, she was on the Executive Committee of The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (“EBRD”) and served as the bank’s Vice President Risk and Compliance and Chief Risk Officer. Prior to this, she was Head of Credit Department in the Risk Specialists Division at the Financial Services Authority (now PRA) in the United Kingdom, following a 30 year career at JPMorgan Chase, where she held a number of senior management positions, including Head of Corporate Banking and Head of Client Credit Management in EMEA.
