On the commencement of the liquidation of the investment fund „DNB Rezerves fonds”

Please be informed that the liquidation of the investment fund „DNB Rezerves fonds” (ISIN LV0000400463) (hereinafter referred to as Reserve fund) will be commenced on 23 July 2015.

Due to the commencement of the liquidation the redemption of the Reserve fund investment certificated will be terminated on 22 July 2015 at 16:00.

Please be reminded that in accordance with the Law on Investment Management Companies (Ieguldījumu pārvaldes sabiedrību likums), fund investors will be entitled to receive cash only in the end of the liquidation process, when the proceeds from the liquidation will be distributed to fund investors pro-rata the number of the investment certificates owned.

It is planned that the liquidation of Reserve fund will be completed in the second half of November 2015.
