Luminor today announces that members of the Management Board Andrius Načajus, responsible for the Corporate Banking Division, and Ian Penny, responsible for the Chief Operating Office Division, have left Luminor.
In line with Luminor’s succession plan, Jonas Urbonas will assume operational responsibility for the Corporate Banking Division and as the Head of Luminor Lithuania branch, and Andrea Granata will take over operational leadership of the Chief Operating Office Division.
Jonas Urbonas is currently Head of Corporate Banking in Lithuania and brings more than 25 years’ experience in banking to the new role. He will continue to work closely with Luminor’s corporate banking clients in Lithuania while expanding his role to include Estonia and Latvia.
Andrea Granata has been a senior leader in Luminor’s technology organization since 2019. In his new role, he will continue to execute Luminor’s existing strategy to improve IT resiliency and performance across the bank.
