To facilitate the acquisition of practical knowledge for business growth in the e‑environment, Luminor announces applications for e‑commerce business management training for companies in cooperation with the e‑commerce growth support platform eCOMHUB. You can apply for online masterclasses until April 7, and they will be free for Luminor customers.

During the new training program, industry experts such as Gustavs Gotauts, founder of eCOMHUB, Miķelis Baštiks, graphic designer and co‑founder of design studio Asketic and Toms Briedis, manager of public relations and influencer marketing agency Womstar, will help entrepreneurs to gain knowledge in the field of e‑commerce to promote further development of the company. For example, in addition to learning the art of e‑commerce and modern sales, experts will give masterclasses on influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, email marketing, visual identity, etc. The 12 masterclasses will also provide an opportunity to learn how to successfully organise e‑commerce processes and what resources to attract to make online commerce successful. The experts will also share tips on how to communicate in the e‑environment to attract new customers and boost sales, as well as how to better organise your work and that of your team to achieve your goals.

“As our observations show that entrepreneurs’ interest in e‑commerce opportunities continues to grow and develop rapidly, but not everyone has the skills to successfully implement solutions in their day‑to‑day operations. As the demand for digital services grows, our bank is constantly working to expand its digital services and increase productivity using the latest technological tools, so we are happy to share our knowledge with others by inviting everyone to apply for the programme and learn how to successfully achieve their goals by selling services and goods online,” says Viktors Saulītis, Head of E‑Commerce and Card Solutions Department at Luminor.

eCOMHUB is an e‑commerce growth platform that helps existing and aspiring entrepreneurs and managers to grow.
