Private Banking division in Latvia will be hereinafter managed by Dina Matvejeva, while the division’s manager of many years Indra Kimmele has become the manager of Wealth Management Department in the Baltics.

I. Kimmele has been working at the bank for more than 14 years (previously she worked at Nordea) and until now she has headed the Latvian department of Private Banking. Before that, I. Kimmele also worked as a private banker at Swedbank (then Hansabanka), having become one of the first private bankers in Latvia. She graduated from the Executive MBA program of Riga Business School with the Red Diploma and the Private Banking managed by her has received Euromoney awards as the best Private Banking service provider in Latvia for several years in a row.

“I have gathered my experience in banking for two decades, little by little generating not only theoretical but also practical knowledge in finance and communication with clients – people who rely on my proficiency and competence. I have now accepted the challenge of managing Luminor Wealth Management Department in the Baltics, devoting more time to strategic matters,” tells I. Kimmele.

I. Kimmele will oversee the growth of Baltic Private Banking, development of pension and investment products, as well as asset management. She emphasizes that the most important in the bank’s activities is to focus attention directly on the client, going deep into the client’s situation and thinking about the processes from the client’s perspective. “Important are things that seem self-evident, for example the ability to make the client feel at home,” I. Kimmele is convinced.
