Price list changes for business customers from 1 February 2025

We continue to work to make our services convenient, simple, and easy for customers to use in their everyday lives. For example, instant payments for incoming and outgoing payments have been introduced for both business and private customers.

Please be informed that from 1 February 2025 there will be changes to the price list for business customers. To make the services clearer for our customers, we have updated some of the service names. There will also be changes to service fees.  

We have revised:

• the price list for investment services, changing service names and prices,
• the account opening fee – from now on it will be fixed, 
• the provision of code calculators, changing the service fee and offering a limited number of free code calculators to people with visual impairments, 
• SWIFT price list – introduction of a new format for SWIFT statements and reports, changes to service names.

Please be informed that from 1 February 2025, a monthly limit of EUR 30 000.00 for cash deposits at Luminor ATMs will be introduced for business customers. If you wish to make larger deposits, you will need to submit an application in your company's internet bank. 

If you agree to our proposed changes, you don’t need to take any action – the changes will take effect on 1 February 2025.

If you don’t agree to the changes, you have the right to withdraw from the service contracts affected by these changes immediately and free of charge. In this case, you must notify us in writing before 1 February 2025 and fulfill the obligations arising from these service contracts.
