Please be advised on the planned changes to the opening hours of Luminor customer service centres and payment processing during public holidays.
Payment processing
On June 23 and 24, all payments will be processed as usual.
However, payments requiring in-depth verification may be delayed. We recommend planning your transfers ahead of time.
Changes in working hours of Luminor customer service centres
Please note that on June 23 and 24 all customer service centres will be closed. Customer support will be available in holiday mode as well – we will assist with card and internet banking blocking issues.
