Changes in Luminor customer service center working hours

Making payments on holidays
Please pay attention to the payment processing time when making transactions during the holidays.
Intrabank payments
On April 7 and 10 as well as during the holidays, all Luminor payments will be received immediately or within minutes.
EUR payments
We will transfer the EUR payments made on April 6 before 16.00 on the same day. The payment orders received after 16.00 will be transferred to the beneficiary bank on April 11.
Payments in EUR made on April 7 and 10 will be transferred to the beneficiary bank on April 11.
We will transfer urgent payments in EUR made on April 6 until 17.00 on the same day. The payment orders received after 17.00 will be transferred to the beneficiary bank on April 11.
Urgent payments in EUR made on April 7 and April 10 will be sent to the beneficiary bank on April 11.
International payments
Express currency payments sent before April 6, 16.00 (payments with the same value date) will be executed on the same day. Payment orders received from April 7 to April 10 will be transferred to the beneficiary bank (or correspondent bank) on April 11.
Customer support will operate as usual on April 6, but from April 7 to 10 we will be operating in holiday mode and suggest our customers to contact us on April 11. Please consult the Frequently Asked Questions and Answers – you might be able to save time and solve the question independently.
