Working hours and processing of payments on holidays

Please read the planned changes in working hours of Luminor customer service centres and payments on Easter holidays.

01.04 – working hours will be one hour shorter
02.04-05.04 – closed

Making payments on holidays
Please pay attention to payment processing times when making transfers on holidays. From 2 April to 5 April payments in Latvia will not be processed. All outgoing payments will be postponed and processed after the holidays. On Thursday, 1 April, payments will be processed as usual.

Intrabank payments
During the holidays we will receive all payments within Luminor immediately or within minutes.

EUR payments
We will transfer the EUR payments made on 01.04 before 16.00 on the same day. The payment orders received after 16.00 will be transferred to the beneficiary bank on 6 April. We will transfer urgent domestic and European EUR payments made before 17.00 on the same day. The payment orders received after 17.00 will be transferred to the beneficiary bank on 6 April.

International payments
We will execute the express foreign exchange payments sent before 16.00 (payments with the same value date) on the same day. The payment orders sent after 16.00 will be transferred to the beneficiary bank (or correspondent bank) on 6 April.
