Please read the planned changes in working hours of Luminor customer service centres and payments on May holidays.

Working hours of Luminor customer service centres

30.04. - working hours will be one hour shorter
03.05. - 04.05. – closed
08.05. – working hours will be one hour shorter

Making payments on holidays

Please pay attention to payment processing times when making transfers on holidays.
From 1 May to 2 May payments in Latvia will not be processed. All outgoing payments will be processed on Monday, 3 May as usual. 

Intrabank payments

During the holidays we will receive all payments within Luminor immediately or within minutes.

EUR payments

We will transfer the EUR payments made on 30.04. before 16.00 on the same day. The payment orders received after 16.00 will be transferred to the beneficiary bank on 3 May. 
We will transfer urgent domestic and European EUR payments made before 17.00 on the same day. The payment orders received after 17.00 will be transferred to the beneficiary bank on 3 May.
The payments made on 8 May will be transferred to the beneficiary bank on 10 May. 

International payments

We will execute the express foreign exchange payments sent before 16.00 (payments with the same value date) on the same day. The payment orders sent after 16.00 will be transferred to the beneficiary bank (or correspondent bank) on 3 May. 
The payments made on 8 May will be transferred to the beneficiary bank on 10 May.
