Working hours and processing of payments on holidays

Please read about the planned changes in working hours of Luminor customer service centres and payments on June holidays.

Working hours of Luminor customer service centres
22.06.  - working hours will be one hour shorter
23.06. – 25.06. – closed

Making payments on holidays
Please pay attention to payment processing times when making transfers on holidays.

Intrabank payments
During the holidays, all payments within Luminor will be received immediately or within minutes.

EUR payments
Payments in EUR made on June 25 before 16:00 will be transferred on the same day. The payment orders received after 16:00 will be transferred to the beneficiary bank on June 28. 
Urgent domestic and European EUR payments made before 17:00 will be transferred on the same day. The payment orders received after 17:00 will be transferred to the beneficiary bank on June 28.
On June 23 and June 24, EUR payments will be processed on the same day.

International payments
Express currency payments made by 16:00 on June 22 (payments with the same currency valuation date) will be transferred on the same day. The payment orders sent after 16:00 on June 22 will be transferred to the beneficiary bank (or correspondent bank) on June 28.
