Amendments to AS DNB banka and SIA DNB līzings Price list

Please, be advised that amendments to the Price list of AS DNB banka and SIA DNB līzings are scheduled to enter into effect as from 28th October 2014.
 
Description of the most important amendments:
  • Detailed and improved definitions of services and references in the Price list; moreover, the information is restructured to make it more comprehensible for customers;
  • The majority of fees are denominated in whole numbers (e.g., from EUR 7.11 to EUR 7.00 for the current account opening);
  • Fees specified in the Price list of DNB līzings are inclusive of the value-added tax.
  • Current account
    • The fees for execution of current account, card account statements as well as the information on the account transactions at the Bank are equalized. Further on, the fee shall amount to EUR 2.50 per monthly statement per account;
    • The fee for the service „Initial inspection of the documents of non-residents” is increased. Further on, it shall amount to EUR 150.00.
  • Payment cards
    • The fee for extension of the standard cash withdrawal limit is reduced (from EUR 7.11 to EUR 5.00);
    • The fee for replacement of credit cards for legal entities is reduced; further on it shall amount to EUR 20.00.
  • E-channels
The fee for the use of the means of identifications was revised so that further on:
  • The fee for installation of the code card is increased up to EUR 2.00;
  • The fee for installation of the Digipass GO 3 code calculator is reduced to EUR 7.00;
  • The fee for installation of the Digipass 270 code calculator is increased to EUR18.00.
Payments
  • Taking into consideration the prime costs and payment fees on the market, the fees on payments were revised. Payments through DNB  Internet-bank henceforth shall remain much cheaper than those at branches; e.g. payments within the bank DNB through Internet-bank are free of charge, while at branch they cost EUR 2.00;
  • The prices for express payments in EUR within the borders of Europe are reduced - at branch from EUR  21.34 to EUR 20.00, and through Internet-bank from EUR 14.23 to EUR 14.00;
  • Fees for the most customary payments, i.e. euro payments within Latvia and the Europe shall remain unchanged in Internet-bank - EUR 0.36.
 
  • Section „Cash transactions”
  • The fee for cash transactions at the Bank’s branches is increased; e.g. one’s own account crediting in cash in amount of up to EUR 10,000 shall cost EUR 4.00, while the cash withdrawal from one’s own account in amount of up to EUR 5,000 - 0.5% of the amount, minimum EUR 4.00.
 
  • Escrow account
    • The escrow account opening and agreement preparation fees for private individuals and legal entities are equalized. Further on, they shall amount to 0.4% of the transaction amount, min. EUR 50.00, max. EUR 500.00;
    • The fee for the escrow account opening and preparation of the agreement is increased, if the transaction amount exceeds EUR 250,000 as well as for non-standard agreements: further on, it shall amount to 0.8% of the transaction amount, min. EUR 500.00.
    • A fee for consideration of an escrow account application of EUR 50.00 is introduced, if it does not involve the loan-taking from the Bank.
    • The service of the escrow account crediting or withdrawal in cash has been suspended.
 
  • Mortgage and Private loans
    • The fee for „Preparation of the reference or certification upon the Customer’s request” is reduced to EUR 25.00;
    • The fee for execution and/or coordination of non-standard, custom-made documents is introduced - EUR 90.00 per every type of document/ agreement, if the Customer wants to make material amendments to the contractual terms and conditions and/or upon the Customer’s request is prepared non-standard, custom-made documentation;
    • The fee for the inspection of authorization issued by the Customer abroad is increased up to EUR 50.00.
The below amendments are binding on legal entities only:
 
  • Guarantees
    • The fee for execution of the guarantee is reduced (if the guarantee is secured by the assets placed on the account); henceforth it shall amount to EUR 50.00.
  • Letter of Credit
    • The fee of EUR 70.00 for preliminary inspection of documents upon the Customer’s request is introduced.
  • Acceptance of payment cards by merchants:
    • The fee of EUR 10.00 for processing of motivated complaint (chargeback) is introduced.
    • A new position „Delivery of 24 thermo paper rolls to a single POS terminal p.a.” is introduced - free of charge.
  • Sections „Current account”, „Escrow account”, „Mortgage and Private loans”, „SME loans”, „Corporate loans” and „Guarantees” are replenished with the positions providing for the issuance of references. Further on, depending on the type of reference the fee shall amount to either EUR 10.00 or EUR 25.00.
