Opening hours and processing of payments during the holidays

With regard to the upcoming Christmas holidays and the turn of the year, we ask you to consider the following changes in our bank offices` opening hours

Opening hours of Luminor bank offices

• 23.-26.12.2017 offices are closed
• 31.12.2017-01.01.2018 offices are closed

On other dates, our bank offices are open with regular opening hours.

During the holiday season these bank offices will be opened:

• December 23., 10.00-20.00
• December 24., 10.00-19.00
• December 25., 12.00-19.00
• December 26, 10.00-19.00
• December 30., 10.00-20.00
• December 31.,10.00-19.00

Domina

• December 23., 10.00-17.00
• December 30., 10.00-17.00

Spice

• December 23., 10.00-19.00
• December 24., 10.00-19.00
• December 25., 12.00-19.00
• December 26., 10.00-19.00
• December, 30., 10.00-19.00
• December 31., 10.00-19.00

Processing of payments during the holiday

We would like to ask our customers to pay attention to payment deadlines and transaction times when making transfers during the holiday season.

From December 23 to 26, no processing of payments will take place in Estonia or the rest of Europe. The value dates of all outgoing payments will be postponed correspondingly.

On Friday, December 22, processing of payments will take place as usual and payments will be forwarded to the recipient`s bank as follows:

Internal transfers

• During the holiday season, all the payments will reach the recipient`s account immediately or within one hour at the latest.
• Transactions made from December 23 to 26 will be registered on the account statement with the next banking day (December 27).

Euro payments

• Euro payments made before 15:30 will be sent out on the same day. Payment orders entered after 15:30 will be sent on December 27.
• Urgent domestic payments made before 17:30 will be sent out on the same day. Payment orders entered after 17:30 will be sent to the recipient`s bank on December 27.

Cross-border payments

• Express payments made before 16:00 (same value date payments) will be sent out on the same day. Payment orders entered after 16:00 will be sent on December 27.
• Urgent payments made before 16:00 will be sent out on the same day. Payments orders entered after 16:00 will be sent out on December 27.
• Regular payments will be sent to the recipient`s bank and/or correspondent bank by December 27.
• When making payments to Russia, please keep in mind that their national holidays last from 31.12.2017 – 08.01.2018 and no payments will be executed during that time.

On New Year holidays from December 30 till January 01 no processing of payments will take place in Latvia nor elsewhere in Europe. The value dates of all outgoing payments will be postponed correspondingly.

Payments made on December 29 will be forwarded to the recipient`s bank as follows:

Internal transfers

• During the holiday season, all the payments will reach the recipient`s account immediately or within one hour at the latest.

• Urgent payments made before 15:30 will be sent out on the same day. Payments orders entered after 15:30 will be sent out on January 02.
• Regular payments will be sent to the recipient`s bank and/or correspondent bank by January 02.
• When making payments to Russia, please keep in mind that their national holidays last from 31.12.2017 – 08.01.2018 and no payments will be executed during that time
