As informed earlier, this Sunday, 1 October, Nordea and DNB will combine their operations in Latvia and create a new independent Baltic financial services provider and bank Luminor.

Due to the business transfer and system updates related to combining Nordea and DNB operations, the operations of Nordea banking systems might be temporarily hindered starting 29 September 18PM until 2nd October 6AM. This can include delays in execution of incoming and outgoing payments, Netbank and ATM operations and other financial activities:

  • Nordea remote services and non-cash transitions will not be available at Customer Centre Units and remotely via Netbank, Mobile and Telephone bank starting 29 September 20PM until 1 October 11.00 in the morning.
  • Customer Centre Units during the weekend will only provide consultations.
  • All cash transactions at Nordea Customer center units will be available until 29 September 18PM in the evening. Normal cash transactions will resume on 2 October.
  • Access to Nordea homepage will not be available 1 October from 01.00 until 07.00 in the morning.
  • Operation of Nordea payment cards during the weekend may be temporarily hindered. However, it is expected that cards payments will function and the migration process will not influence the functioning of ATMs.

We advise you to perform all banking transactions earlier, before the weekend.

Information on the opening hours of Nordea Customer Service Units is available here. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope for your understanding.
