Nordea Begins Its Annual Client Satisfaction Survey

On 22 February, Nordea will begin its annual client satisfaction survey in order to determine the general level of satisfaction among all its client segments, as well as clients’ experience using the bank’s services. The survey will take place in all three Baltic countries simultaneously and will last for three to four weeks.
The survey will be conducted by subsidiaries of the international market research company TNS Group Holding: TNS Emor in Estonia, TNS Latvia in Latvia and TNS LT in Lithuania. Unlike previous years, an online survey will be conducted, involving a questionnaire that will take 10 to 15 minutes to complete. Nordea’s Latvian clients will have an opportunity to win one of 30 tickets to the Positivus music festival.
