Herewith we inform that changes have been made in the applicable Customer Advantage Programme of Nordea Bank, in the Pricelist, in the General Terms on Opening and Servicing Security Accounts, and in the General Terms on Saving Account of Points by adjusting the pricelist of the bank and customer advantage programme to the current situation in financial market and to the habits of our customers. The changes will take effect on February 1, 2017.

Simplified Customer Advantage Programme

Herewith we inform that from now on, one of the two program participant levels (Gold and Standard) will be applied to all customers depending on the volume of bank services used. The status for existing Gold customers will not change. The range of special offers will be introduced and gradually expanded for Gold customers while preserving the main advantage – cooperation with personal financial advisor.

In addition, changes will also be introduced in the terms of saving account of points; it will be envisaged that all participants have an opportunity to receive the number of points for one (currently the highest) level.

New Pricelist for Bank Services

The following changes are planned in the pricelist of bank services:

  • A unified price level is introduced by decreasing commission fees and interest rates for several products: commission fee for 3rd Pillar Pension and ERGO life insurance, as well as interest rates for consumer loans, study loans and overdraft.
  • A unified fee of Nordea Finance leasing liabilities has been introduced.
  • Monthly fees of cards have been changed by approximating them to the average price offer in the sector.
  • A commission fee has been annulled for several positions of payment card services.

We invite you to get acquainted with interest rates and commission fees indicated in Nordea Bank Pricelist.

Information in the General Terms of Opening and Servicing Security Account is specified regarding the security account statement and the preparation of other documents concerning the security account and sending these documents to customers.
