A new Client Service Unit „Spice Home” has been opened for Nordea clients as of October 20th at Jaunmoku street 13, Rīga.

The new Client Service Unit will be replacing two current Service Units „Spice” and „Pārdaugava”, ensuring a new and modern  environment, thus a hightened level of comfort and quality of service for the clients. Easier access to the Service Unit and a possibility to park with more ease will also be at the clients’ disposal.

Head of the Nordea Private customer service department Irina Pētersone: „We can see that clients more and more appreciate the possibilities of our e-services,  yet one of the cornerstones in cooperation is having a relationship. Both  daily banking services as well as highly qualified consultations concerning some of the most difficult finance services will be available at the new Client Service Unit. Through this we will ensure a full set of financial services alongside service of utmost quality for both current and prospect Nordea bank’s clients.”

The Client Service Unit will be open on weekdays between 10:00 and 21:00, as well as on Saturdays and Sundays between 10:00 and 19:00.

Currently 11 Client Service Units are available for bank’s clients in Rīga and regionally – in Jelgava, Valmiera, Liepāja, Ventspils, Rēzekne and Daugavpils.
