Inga Bratēna, Head of People and Culture division
From 1 June, Inga Bratēna joins Luminor as the Head of People and Culture division. Her focus will be on the continuous employee engagement and leadership development, while contributing to building strong corporate culture and employer brand.
Luminor CEO Peter Bosek expressed his pleasure to welcome Inga Bratēna to Luminor. “Employees are the heart of the company and the key to its success. We aim to have a motivational working environment that promotes learning and growth, strong teams and confident leaders. Inga has a solid track record in supporting management teams and employee development and I am looking forward to working with her.”
Inga Bratēna said that she was excited to join Luminor and be part of the new stage of its development of customer centricity and growth. “My main focus will be on employee development and well-being. Together with my colleagues, I will continue to strengthen our pan-Baltic teams, promote strong corporate culture, as well leadership skills.”
Inga Bratēna has over 15 years of experience in team and staff management with a focus on talent attraction for companies in the Baltics, assessing and developing leadership skills of managers, developing the potential of employees, and introducing new ways of working into the corporate environment. She has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga.
Prior to joining Luminor, Inga Bratēna worked with senior executive selection and HR consultancy and is an ICF Latvia accredited executive coach. She also has experience as Human resource director in multinational companies and was the Head of MBA programmes at RTU Riga Business School.
