Changes to Price List for Private Customers from 1 July 2024

We would like to inform you that we are introducing some changes to our Price List for private customers.

Please take a moment to look through the changes. 

Changes applicable to Visa Debit payment card holders effective from 1 July 2024: 

• The limit for free cash withdrawals has been increased. It means that from 1 July you’ll be able to withdraw up to EUR 750 per month for free at Luminor ATMs in the Baltic States (previously EUR 600). 
• If the limit is exceeded, a fee of 0.4 % of the cash amount withdrawn will be applied (previously 0.2 %).  

Additional information for customers with a mortgage loan: 

• No fee is charged for the preparation and/or review of documents when refinancing credit obligations at another creditor if the refinancing is carried out in accordance with the mortgage refinancing procedure introduced by amendments to the Consumer Rights Protection Law, in force as of 23 February 2024. With the above changes to the Price List, this fee is excluded from the Price List.
