Luminor appoints Jonas Urbonas to its Management Board

Luminor Bank has appointed Jonas Urbonas, Head of Corporate Banking, to its Management Board effective 31 December 2024.

Jonas Urbonas has three decades of experience in financial services in the Baltic region. He has worked for Luminor since it was founded in 2017 having joined one of its predecessor banks in 2010. He was appointed Head of Corporate Banking, and Manager of Luminor’s Lithuanian branch, in August 2023.

Jonas, a Lithuanian citizen, holds a Master’s degree in Finance awarded by Vilnius University.

His appointment is subject to regulatory approval.
