We are continuing to make our services convenient, simple, and easy for customers to use in their everyday lives. Therefore, starting from 1 July 2025, changes in service names, fees, Luminor Black purchase insurance and Luminor Investor platform are expected.

We have revised:

  • Luminor Black interest-free credit limit period – conditions adjusted,
  • first account opening fee – the fee and its name have been adjusted,
  • Luminor Black additional card monthly fee,
  • Luminor Investor platform fee for transactions with financial instruments.

To make investing easier and more tailored to each customer’s needs and preferences, from 1 July 2025, we are changing the commission fee for transactions with financial instruments using the Luminor Investor platform. From then on, when carrying out transactions with stocks and exchange-traded funds (ETFs) in the European and US markets, there will be a unified principle of determining the service fee with the possibility for the customer to choose the most suitable of the two commission plans. From 1 July 2025, the terms of Luminor Black purchase insurance will become even more customer friendly. From then on, the insurance will be valid not for 180, but for 210 days from the moment of purchase, insurance limits will be doubled, as well as the range of insured purchases will expand. If you agree to our proposed changes, you don’t need to take any action – the changes will take effect on 1 July 2025.     

If you don’t agree to the changes, you have the right to withdraw from the service contracts affected by these changes immediately and free of charge. In this case, you must notify us in writing before 1 July 2025 and fulfil the obligations arising from these service contracts.
