On November 1 of this year, we’re introducing changes to the Price List of Luminor services and Payment Card Rules
18.08.2022
The Price List review is a regular process that keeps Luminor aligned with our business strategy as well as customer feedback and market situation.
Changes to the Price List
The categories with adjustments are payment cards, payments, loans, leasing, and investments. Some adjustments are made only in terms of structure and document wording. Among the Price List changes, you will also find service improvements.
An example has been added relating to payment card safety elements. One of such elements is the security code you’re sent to your phone (point 1.4.).
Changes in the card renewal process:
- If you don’t wish to renew your card, you need to let us know at least 2 months before its expiry date (point 6.3.);
- Activation of the new payment card doesn’t automatically deactivate the previous card. The old payment card will remain activated until its expiry date or until you deactivate it (point 6.5. deleted);
- If you haven’t used your payment card 3 months before the month intended for card renewal, your payment card will not be renewed (point 6.7.3.).
If you agree to our proposed changes, you don't need to take any action – the changes will take effect on November 1, 2022.
If you don’t agree to the changes, you have the right to withdraw from the service contracts affected by these changes immediately, free of charge, and without penalty by notifying us in writing by 1 November 2022 and fulfilling the obligations arising from these service contracts.
