Opening hours and payments during the May holidays

With regard to the upcoming May holidays we invite you to check the changes planned in Luminor business hours and in the procedure of making payments on the carried over working day and during the statutory holidays in May.
With regard to the upcoming holidays, we ask you to consider the following changes in Luminor offices' opening hours and processing of payments.
Luminor Customer Service Centres will be open:
April 21 – business hours will be 1 hour shorter
April 30 – closed
May 01 – closed
May 03 – business hours will be 1 hour shorter
May 04 – closed
The following Customer Service Centres will be open during the holidays:

Payments
Intra-bank payments made by Luminor clients will not be affected – we will process them as usual. Other payments made on April 21, April 30, May 01 and May 04 may have some limitations.
