Fill out the application and we will register you as the customer, open an account and agree on the branch for you to sign the documents and collect your Luminor card. If you want to apply for the account opening without payment card or if you are Latvian non-resident the account can be opened in our branch in your presence only.

About me

Passport or ID card information

Submission of this application shall entail no obligations whatsoever on you or Luminor prior to signing all documents at the branch on the use of our services. Therefore we are entitled to refuse the account opening, while you will have no obligations to us prior to signing of documents.
