Please, be advised that as from October 6, 2013 shall enter into effect the amendments to the Pricelist of the DNB banka and its Account Maintenance and Card Usage Rules.
 
Overview of the most principal amendments to the Pricelist:
  • Detailed and improved wording of included services and references; the information is restructured to make it more comprehensible to the customer; 
  • Removed the section “References, account statements and tracking of payments”.  The respective services are added to the relevant product (i.e. account maintenance or payments); moreover, is increased the fee for one’s own account crediting with cash; 
  • Established a new section „Usage of E-channels”,  where are summarized fees for the use of remote payment products;
  • Payment card section is regrouped into two sections: debit cards and credit cards.
Overview of the most principal amendments to the Rules:
  • Imposed division of the Bank issued payment cards into debit cards and credit cards complete with terms and conditions applicable to each one;
  • Imposed the customer’s duty to pick up the payment card produced by the Bank no later than within 3 months after production, by providing for the Bank’s right to destroy the payment card, should the customer fail to pick it up by the set maturity;
  • Described situations where the Bank acquires the right to abstain from renewal (extension) of the payment card or to terminate the card;
  • Amended the provisions on the applicable exchange rate on payment card transactions;
  • Imposed the Bank’s right to replace preferential payment card fees and conditions assigned to the customer with the standard ones, should there occur changes in circumstances underlying assignment of such preferential fees and conditions;
  • Amended the penalty and its application terms and conditions for unsanctioned card account overrun (excessive consumption) and overdue payments, i.e. a single penalty imposed instead of fees/penalties previously specified in the customer agreements;
  • Detailed responsibility for payment card transactions and other regulations, taking into consideration the applicable laws on consumers and payment services.
