To make the everyday life of our customers more comfortable, we have amended and simplified a set of rules. They will be applicable both for those customers who have the letters NDEA in their account numbers (LVxxNDEAxxxxxxxxxxxxx) and those having RIKO accounts (LVxxRIKOxxxxxxxxxxxxx).

Along with the amended rules, a new price list will also enter into force as of 1 November 2018.

Main changes in the price list

For private individuals:

  • further on, the price of the “Daily Banking Package” (for customers with NDEA accounts) and the price of the “Basic package” (for customers with RIKO accounts) will be 2.20 EUR/month;
  • the price for payment cards (VISA Debit, Dynamic VISA, MC Debit, Maestro) will be unified - 1.30 EUR/month;
  • the maximum 24h limit of cash withdrawal in ATMs is increased up to 5 000 EUR;
  • the standard limit for money withdrawal in ATMs for customers with the letters NDEA in their account numbers will be 700 EUR/month without any additional commission fee.

For companies:

  • changes in the prices of packages for customers with NDEA accounts, as well as a possibility to receive up to 5 cards per package free of charge; li>
  • the maximum 24h limit of cash withdrawal in ATMs is increased up to 5 000 EUR.
The total changes in the price list for both private individuals and legal entities also include simplified and unified items, commission fees for foreign currency payments, as well as a number of other improvements for more convenient use of our services. With changes, cashier functions and cash exchange will no longer be available in customer service places.

Amendments of terms and conditions

As of 1 November 2018, amendments will be made in a number of Luminor terms and conditions:

Main changes in the terms and conditions:

  • Luminor is closing the program “Points Savings Account” – points saving will be possible until 31 October 2018, while spending of the accumulated points will be possible until 31 January 2019;
  • changed names of terms and conditions for services;
  • separated Account Maintenance Rules, Payment Rules, Terms and Conditions of Rules For Regular Invoice Payment and Payment Card Usage Rules;
  • the Payment Card Usage Rules combining the existing separate rules – Stockmann Mastercard Rules; General Terms and Conditions for International Mastercard and International Maestro Cards; General Terms and Conditions for international Mastercard Platinum credit card; General Terms and Conditions for Legal Entities for International Business Mastercard and International Maestro Cards;
  • adjustments in the Rules for Regular Invoice Payment, combining the conditions for using the services for all Luminor customers;
  • adjustments in the Payment Rules, combining the conditions for using the services;
  • adjustments in the rules of account closing;
  • adjustments of the Luminor rights to define, amend and replace the products and services offered;
  • adjustments of the procedure for accepting and processing of payments in days, which are non-working days of Luminor;
  • adjustments of the clauses on implementation of international sanctions.

Travel and purchase insurance amendments

As of 1 October 2018, Luminor is amending the terms and conditions of travel insurance for all credit cards linked to RIKO accounts (LVxxRIKOxxxxxxxxxxxxx) (Visa Classic, Mastercard Standard, Visa Gold, Mastercard Gold, Visa Platinum, Visa Business, Mastercard Business).

In its turn, as of 1 January 2019, the terms and conditions for travel insurance will be amended for all cards linked to NDEA accounts (LVxxNDEAxxxxxxxxxxxxx) (Mastercard Credit, Mastercard Gold, PINS Credit Card, Mastercard Platinum, Mastercard Business Card, Mastercard Business Credit Card).

As of 1 October 2018, Luminor is cancelling purchase insurance for all credit cards linked to RIKO accounts (LVxxRIKOxxxxxxxxxxxxx) (Visa Gold, Mastercard Gold, Visa Platinum, Visa Business, Mastercard Business Credit Card), and also amends the price list.

As of 1 January 2019, the purchase insurance will be cancelled for all cards linked to NDEA accounts (LVxxNDEAxxxxxxxxxxxxx) (Mastercard Debit, Mastercard Credit, Mastercard Gold, Mastercard Platinum).
