The time goes by and people's habits change - to make a transfer or receive a consultation, earlier most often we went to one of the bank's branches, but now the daily financial tasks have become simpler and faster - we make payments and deposit money via Internet bank, deposit cash to our bank account using cash accepting ATMs, and one call to the bank helps to get the necessary information.

DNB banka is developing, modernizing services and paying a special attention to the continuous improvement of customer service. For more than a year, customers who still prefer to receive daily financial services in the branches have been consulted in the use of remote services, and we are pleased to see that our customers are actively using these opportunities!

Continuing the modernization of the bank, starting from February 23rd,2015, DNB banka plans to gradually move the bank's branches to a new quality level - in the branches the customers will be able to obtain the necessary financial consultations, while cash transactions will be carried out only remotely or via cash deposit/withdrawal ATMs.

The first branches, where from February 23rd, 2015 only financial consultations will be available and no cash transactions at the cash office will be possible are Cēsis, Valmiera and Jēkabpils branches. DNB banka will gradually expand the consulting branch network, by informing the customers of every branch about the expected changes separately by e-mail, as well as by placing the information on the bank's home page and Internet bank.

Reflecting these planned changes, on February 23rd, 2015 the changes in DNB banka's Account Maintenance and Card Usage Rules will enter into effect, stating that the operations with the cash will be possible only in certain branches of the bank.

If you disagree with the changes made by the bank to the Account Maintenance and Card Usage Rules, in accordance with the Bank's General Transacting Rules you are entitled, before these changes enter into force, to unilaterally withdraw from the respective service agreement, which is affected by the amendments, by notifying the bank in writing and meeting all the obligations arising from the respective agreement. If within the pre-set time limit the bank does not receive from the customer such a written notice, it shall be deemed that the customer agrees to these amendments.
