The “Praise Good Service!” campaign is being run in Latvia for the eighth year in a row.  Participants include more than 1,400 client service locations all around Latvia, and this year the DNB bank is also taking part.  During the entire month of March, local residents are asked to appreciate good client services and to share their experience with this with others.

The provision of good services at DNB branches and corporate service centres has always been a central focus for the bank’s operations.  By taking part in the “Praise Good Services!” campaign, however, we want to learn about what our clients think about our most smiling, responsive and helpful client service specialists, as well as about those DNB branches which distinguish themselves to the greatest degree with faultless client services.  

That is why we are calling on you to praise good services at the DNB bank by choosing one of several opportunities to do so:

  • At homepage, where a form for praise will be available as of March 1;
  • The 1188 information line;
  • At any DNB branch or service centre in Latvia, where campaign questionnaires will be available;

The “Praise Good Service!” campaign will be concluded at the end of March, and the results will be based on praise from local residents, but also on analysis of the quality of client services that will be conducted by the Dive Latvija company, which seeks to improve the quality of various services.  Its people will secretly visit places where services are provided to see how good the services are.  The results of the campaign will be announced in April to identify those companies which have offered the most outstanding client services.
