In order to get access to US market in Luminor Investor, investors must complete W-8BEN form.
Completed W-8BEN form means that Luminor can claim a US tax reduction for you on your dividends and interest from US. Withholding tax rates can be reduced from 30% to 15%. W-8BEN form is valid for three calendar years. Price for the service is USD 35 or EUR 30 (you can choose the currency).
Fill in W-8BEN form:
Send completed W-8BEN form to investorLV@luminorgroup.com mailbox. In the email indicate the currency in which you would like to pay for the service (USD 35 or EUR 30) and the account from which the fee shall be deducted (Luminor Investor account or banking account).
After submitting W-8BEN form, US market is activated within one week.
