How do I activate my card?

1. Log in to Luminor Internet Bank and select “Account and cards” from the menu bar

2. Select “My cards” from the dropdown menu

3. Under your list of cards, click “Activate and get PIN” under the card you wish to activate.



4. Remember to tick the box “I want to allow purchases with a card online”, this will allow you to carry out safe internet purchases.



5. Click “Activate”. Your card’s PIN code will then appear on the screen. Please remember it!

How do I activate internet purchases?

1. Log in to Luminor Internet Bank and select “Account and cards” from the menu bar

2. Select “My cards” from the dropdown menu


 
3. Under card details, search for “Online purchases” and click “Allow”


 
4. A pop-up window will then appear. Click on the “Change status to” check-box and confirm the initiated change with authentication tool you are using (Smart-ID or Code calculator).



After successfully confirming the change, online purchases will be enabled. In order to disable the functionality – follow the same steps.

NB! If you are not planning to use your card for payments on the internet, we recommend keeping Online purchases service disabled.

How do I activate or deactivate contactless payments?

You can disable the contactless function on your card: log in to your Internet Bank, under “Cards” select the Contactless card and click “Disable contactless payments”. To successfully process the application, you should complete a payment by placing the card in a POS terminal and entering your PIN code (or withdraw money from a Luminor ATM).

2. Select “My cards” from the dropdown menu


 
3. Under card details, search for “Contactless payments” and click “Allow” or “Disable”.

I forgot my card’s PIN. What should I do?

1. Log in to Luminor Internet Bank and select “Account and cards” from the menu bar


 
2. Select “My cards” from the dropdown menu



3. Click “Renew PIN” under card details.


 
4. A pop-up window will then appear with your PIN reminder order details. Authorise the order by clicking “Continue”.
If you order your PIN code reminder before 13:00, it will be available in the Internet Bank after 16:00 on the same working day.
If you order your PIN code reminder after 13:00, it will be available in the Internet Bank after 16:00 on the next working day.

I lost my card. What should I do?

Block card your card immediately via the Internet Bank or by contacting Luminor Customer Support online, sending an e-mail to info@luminor.lv or calling +371 67 17 1880.

You can order a new card via the Internet Bank.

1. Log in to Luminor Internet Bank and select “Account and cards” from the menu bar


 
2. Select “My cards” from the dropdown menu


 
3. To order a new card, choose “New card application”


 
4. Fill in the application, choose a suitable card and link the card with your existing accounts or open a new account for the card. When you have completed the application, click “Continue” at the bottom of the page.

I ordered a card, when can I expect it to be delivered?

Your new card should arrive within five working days.
